What do you mean by reduction? The appeal process depends on the requirements set forth by whoever you have the student loan with. Don't know further about your situation to comment beyond that.

Well I would like to recommend you to go for some expert or
a student already met with this condition. I personally
never prefer buying a loan due to interest since interests
are not permitted by God.
